Returns & Exchange policy

Due to the nature of our ordering system with our kākahu and prints (these are currently made/printed to order) we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

If however a product is faulty or damaged we can in limited situations and on a case by case basis offer either an exchange or refund. As mentioned earlier this will be determined on a case by case basis and we must be notified of the damage within 7 days of you receiving your order.

While we will endeavour to awhi (assist/help) anyone who purchases from our store with any issues they may have with purchases, we would like to stress we are a small whaanau pakihi and can only work within our current resource and ability.

We must stress that due care be taken when placing and confirming your order as we may be unable to process your request for a refund/exchange.
